Shipping Policy
All products are dispatched in stated timeframes, if you should purchase IN STOCK items alongside made to order products no items will be dispatched until the made to order products are completed.
All products leave us via tracked delivery, alongside royal mail policies no items are classed as lost until 14 working days after dispatch date.
We can not do anything until this time has elapsed. Tracking information is provided for all items that are sent from us and can be found on your dispatch confirmation email.
During the current pandemic delivery timeframes can be longer for an order to reach you, please bare this in mind.
