Our aim is to have your products made and dispatched within 8-10 weeks of ordering On made to order items. This is subject to change, details of any changes will always be updated on the website and through our social media platforms.
if for any reason this timescale can not be reached we will contact you via email.
all IN STOCK items are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering.
Order accuracy
Please ensure you check the accuracy of your order as errors made by you as the customer can not be rectified once the product has been made, and no refund will be given.
Fabric swapping
We are unable to change your order once this is submitted, therefore if you wish to change a fabric on an order you will need to contact us to enable us to cancel your order and you can replace your order with the required fabrics. (Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of ordering from our made to order products)
Adding onto existing orders
We are unable to add any further products onto current orders, if you wish to order further products you will be required to submit a further order and we are unable to combine postage.
Ordering both in stock and made to order items
Should you wish to order in stock and made to order items on one order PLEASE NOTE: the in stock items will not be dispatched until the made to order items are complete and they will be dispatched together as requested.

When ordering discounted products or special offers we DO NOT allow the use of discount codes and customization and or requests are not permitted unless stated specifically on individual listings
