Returns Policy
As all our items are custom made we DO NOT accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights, where an item is faulty this must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt, we will then discuss a solution with you.
Items MUST be returned to us in the original UNWASHED condition. Please remember we have been doing this for many years we do know when you have washed and dried an item.
We DO NOT pay return postage.
Items must be returned to us in the original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Return postage is payable by you as a customer and will not be reimbursed.
A full refund will be processed with 5-7 working days of receipt of the returned item if the item is received in satisfactory unused unwashed condition
Please ensure to enclose clear information including your full name and address and reason for return to enable us to process your refund.
Only the cost of the items will be refunded to your original payment method. and no postage costs paid by yourself will be refunded.
